Wellbeing consists of 5 workshops, the pillars of our health and happiness. We suggest that you attend the entire package of all 5, so that the change could be holistic. Themes connect and build on each other.

EATING

Facts:

  • After the age of 40, we need 40 % less food
  • If you don’t follow simple nutrition rules, you lose a lot of energy just by eating,
  • When we feel sick, we often feel the need to eat

After this workshop you will:

    1. Know the basics of eating (e.g. you eat when you’re hungry).
    2. Eat different food in different seasons (e.g. food in summer is different from food in winter).
    3. Know the TRAPS of nutrition or common mistakes (e.g. how to combine different foods).
    4. Use TRICKS for a healthier life (e.g. use of spices).

Facts:

  • With coffee and energy drinks we compensate sleep
  • Sleeping less than 6 hours a night doubles the risk of cancer and harm the immune system
  • Most car accidents are not caused by alcohol but by lack of sleep

After this workshop you will:

  1. Know the most important elements that affect sleep.
  2. Probably change your old mattress and establish bedtime routine.
  3. Sleep better because you will replace old habits with new, healthy ones.
  4. Have solutions for your better tomorrow (action plan!).

After this workshop you will:

  1. Know how to motivate youself for exercise.
  2. Know what is grounding, what are barefoot shoes and how do they affect our movement and well-being.
  3. Use the time in the car and in the office for exercises that will warm you up quickly.
  4. Have more energy due to striving for a balance between activity and rest and choosing a suitable activity for yourself.

  • We are overwhelmed because we want to do everything ourselves, because only we can do it well enough
  • The counterbalance to the feeling of stress is the feeling of gratitude.

After this workshop you will:

  1. Know how you get your energy and how you could get it more.
  2. Include cold showers into your daily routine to help you cope with stress.
  3. Identify the main DISTURBANTS that take your focus and are bothering you.
  4. Take time for yourself, for your breath because you know how important is that for your health.

  • We are overwhelmed because we want to do everything ourselves, because only we can do it well enough

  • We react to situations and events differently – the same situation has a different meaning for each of us

After this workshop you will:

  1. Know how to express your opinion in a constructive way.
  2. Become better listener.
  3. Know what are the DISTURBANTS in communication (e.g. expectations)
  4. Use TRICKS for better, more conscious communication.

We can offer you:

  1. Workshops that include all 5 topics (one topic is one workshop / each workshop lasts 3 hours / 15 hours in total) or
  2. A lecture on one of the selected topics (1 hour).
