Who is team building for?
Small, medium and large teams who wish to spend a few hours together a bit differently.
Teams who love challenges and acquiring new useful skills useful every day, in a fun way.

Most companies are swamped with work, rushing with their daily routines, leaving them very few occasions to do something “for the soul”. At the same time, they would like a team that’s closely connected, gets along well and communicates excellently.
Unfortunately, that’s not how it works. Companies with truly great teams and employees, who work together towards a common goal, also focus on spending quality time together, where they can relax, get to know each other and build strong bonds between them which make them glad to come to work every day and perform their jobs with drive and positive energy.

This is not just another team building program
Team building programs usually consist of spending a few hours together, chatting to each other, or perhaps going for meal and a drink, performing activities together. You may talk about it the following day, but you soon forget about it and continue with your old ways.
Our team building program is different. It is designed to offer your team immediate fun and while also providing long-term benefit. Long-term benefits are far more important than a few hours of socialising, therefore, our program is designed with this in mind.
The goal of this event is for your team to get familiar with each other, get closer, discover the things they have in common and establish a better sense of belonging. All activities we perform allow us to work on establishing a truly great connection that lasts far beyond the team building event. A team obtains new soft skills which they find useful in everyday communication. Whereas positive effects are usually evident immediately.
The entire event is meticulously designed based on years of experience from working with people, understanding human psychology and respecting principles that help teams to establish solid foundation for great communication.
What to expect from the event
While we do not wish to disclose all of the details of the program, we can disclose the following:
- By performing entertaining activities, you will learn something new about yourself and your co-workers and boost your communication skills to another level.
- You will get to know each other better and in a fun and spontaneous way discover the things you have in common with others that you were unaware of. It is at this point that many are quite surprised to see how little they actually know about their co-workers, with whom they spend 8 hours daily!
- We will perform at least one creative activity, to also stimulate that part of the brain.
- We will test our patience with an amusing challenge.
- Those who love competition and awards will also have their fun.
The entire program is designed to promote cooperation, strengthen team spirit and form solid bonds in a relaxed and fun way.

Duration: A 3 hour minimum.
Number of participants: Team building can be performed for teams consisting from 5 to 50 employees (in case of large companies, it can be performed in groups of up to 50 people or based on departments).

The contribution for a 3-hour (minimum duration) program is € 900.
The price does not include venue costs and banquets. It does include travel expenses, if carried out in Ljubljana and its surroundings, and all necessary materials and preparation.
