How the workshop is conducted and what to expect

Duration: The basic and advanced workshops consist of three three-hour sessions over three days.

Date and time: By agreement; I adapt to your wishes

I work with small groups of up to six people, as this is optimal: it allows me to pay sufficient attention to each participant and maximise benefit.

How it works:

The workshop is interactive. Your real-life examples are incorporated into the workshop, through which we can learn alternative ways to react and how to sell more efficiently.

I have been successfully developing and delivering workshops, and educating people on how to communicate for over ten years. I know which approaches work and how to ensure everyone gets what they need. We are all different and accept information accordingly. As a psychologist, I know how to appropriately approach everyone. I do not lecture, I lead participants to best develop their patterns through various activities. In this way, they best learn skills and knowledge and test it out immediately in practice. Practice represents a half of each individual module.
