I work with small groups of up to six people, as this is optimal: it allows me to pay sufficient attention to each participant and maximise benefit.
How the workshop is conducted:
My way of work is interactive and completely adapted to your company, your sales team and your services, and this is why I take the time before the workshop to get to know you and adjust the program so you get the maximum amount of knowledge and skills from it. We incorporate your case studies into the workshop and learn new ways to react and sell. I am also aware that we learn the most when we are relaxed, so I always spice up my workshops with fun elements and create a positive atmosphere. This is the basis of success.

I know which approaches work and how to ensure everyone gets what they need. We are all different and accept information accordingly. As a psychologist, I know how to appropriately approach everyone. I do not lecture, I lead participants to best develop their patterns through various activities. In this way, they best learn skills and knowledge and test it out immediately in practice.
