How workshops works and what to expect
Before starting a workshop, you choose the approach which suits you best:
THEORY
Workshops can start with theory, then cover the content of everything coaches need to lead said workshops.
PRACTICE
Or can we start with practice. Your internal trainers can present a 20-minute performance or workshop they have previously developed and delivered, and we will collaboratively better develop it.
Duration:
The theoretical part, that is, the content listed above, can be covered in five three-hour meetings, then we’ll need an extra day or two for you to practise. If you cannot immediately invest so much time, you can choose individual topics and we will develop appropriate workshops.
Time:
Per agreement: I will provide my services at times that best suit you.
Number of participants:
I work with small groups of up to six people, as this is optimal: it allows me to pay sufficient attention to each participant and maximise benefit.
How it works:
The workshop is interactive. People who were worried about the length of the course often say right after the first workshop, “Nina, I can’t believe how fast this went, I was so worried”. Once we know how to structure education, fear is unnecessary, as participants are constantly engaged in role-play, working in pairs and groups, and answering questions. Through interaction, time passes faster.
